Refund Schedule

48+ Hours Before Pickup: 100% Refund

Full refund of your payment if you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time. No questions asked.

24-48 Hours Before Pickup: 50% Refund

Partial refund of 50% if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Less Than 24 Hours: No Refund

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

How to Cancel Your Booking

  1. Contact us immediately via phone, email, or WhatsApp
  2. Provide your booking reference number and scheduled pickup date/time
  3. Receive cancellation confirmation from our team
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Rescheduling Your Booking

Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and re-booking. If you notify us 48 hours or more in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your new date without penalty, subject to vehicle availability.

For changes made with less than 48 hours notice, standard cancellation fees apply, and the new booking will be subject to availability and current rates.

Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent service delivery, we will work with you to either:

  • Reschedule your booking to a mutually agreeable date at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notification, this will be considered a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-show bookings. We offer a 15-minute grace period for standard pickups and 45 minutes for airport arrivals.

Important Notes

• All cancellation times are calculated from your scheduled pickup time, not from when you made the booking.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for booking within 5-7 business days.

• For corporate clients with monthly contracts, special cancellation terms may apply as per your agreement.

• Partial service completion (e.g., canceling midway through a multi-day booking) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

• This policy applies to all services including wedding transport, airport transfers, and tours.
